日媒報導NHK美女主播山岸舞彩即將跳槽，原因眾說紛紜，其中包含去年底她裸照在網路上意外曝光，遭疑是因人氣過旺而被同台主播報復，《週刊實話》雜誌則指出她打扮太性感，導致前輩和同事不滿長期忽視她，讓她萌生跳槽之意。
25歲的山岸舞彩於2011年加入NHK電視台，成為【週日體育】主播，活潑播報方式、漂亮外表加上好身材讓她一舉成名，山岸舞彩也不吝嗇常在節目上秀美腿，自然大受歡迎。日媒報導她決定拋棄老東家跳槽日本電視台，有望搶下【News ZERO】主持棒，據傳年薪是現在的六倍。

而《週刊實話》雜誌表示山岸舞彩的評價毀譽參半，有觀眾投訴她裙子過短，也有人指控她無視球場規定，直接穿高跟鞋踏上棒球場草皮，痛批她表裡不一，另外還有女主播說：「聯誼時她總會糾纏男方問東問西，加上平時打扮又很曝露。」她的種種行為讓同台主播相當感冒。
弔詭的是跳槽一事曝光後，網路上竟無端冒出山岸舞彩的露毛裸照，由於事發突然，網友一致認為她是被偷拍，部分日本媒體揣測疑似有人想趁機好好敲她一筆，或是藉此打壓山岸舞彩，搞壞她的跳槽規劃。
