頂著美國史丹佛土木環工碩士高學歷的美女姿萍，解放心靈推出首張EP《幸福曙光》。她現擔任工程公司副總，自揭人生灰暗歷程，因課業繁重與情場失意，躁鬱症上身，更一度厭世。
姿萍內外兼修，擁有女孩稱羨的婀娜身材，166公分、48公斤，以及D罩杯；從小品學兼優，又曾被封為台大校園美女，之後赴美攻讀工程碩士，回台擔任工程公司副總，並取得「水利技術執照」。1年多前，她因主動在PTT出擊徵男友造成轟動，姿萍說：「當初只是很單純的想先以交友為前提，但後來有些失控」，造成美麗的誤會深感抱歉。
新歌＜成長＞訴說姿萍人生最低潮的心路歷程，坦言在美攻讀研究所時，課業繁重與情場失意，長時間壓力失眠，躁鬱症上身，經常出現幻覺，「發病時很痛苦，對許多事情沮喪，也許是過往的光環太重了，壓得我喘不過氣來，最好的方式是選擇逃避，因此漸漸的我只能活在自己的異想世界，甚至厭世」，慶幸有家人相伴，度過黑暗期，自喻猶如鬼門關前走一遭。

4歲開始，姿萍學習鋼琴、大提琴和古箏，對音樂深感興趣，透露從小喜歡唱歌，然而家人極力反對，因此決定完成家人期待，再勇敢做自己。過去在美國求學時，她曾在東森新人選秀冠軍脫穎而出，期間更為了歌唱比賽，連續休學兩次，笑言：「我個性倔強」。
