【呂志明／台北報導】一名20多歲正妹今年4月和男友、家人到北市信義區用餐，離開餐廳準備搭計乘車時，突遭路過的49歲黃姓男子偷摸鼠蹊部，怒告對方性騷擾，北檢原本認定黃男不是故意，但女子不服聲請再議成功，檢察官今依違反《性騷擾防治法》將黃男起訴。
